Tadley Model Show 2004

DATE             Sunday, 10th October, 2004

VENUE            The Hurst School, Brimpton Road, Baughurst, Nr Tadley, Hants. (see map)

TIMES             If you wish to set up on the Saturday, we will be in the 2 Exhibition halls from 7pm.
                       On Sunday we will be there from 8am.
                       We are open to the public from 11am to 5pm.

RECEPTION   Please go to the Reception area (see map) on the Sunday. There you will be issued with Exhibitor’s identity badges and be advised of your location and other details.

PERSONAL    Refreshments (tea, coffee, soft drinks, hot—dogs, burgers, cakes etc) will be available to Exhibitors free all day.
Toilets, water etc are available and local shops are open.

PARKING        Every effort will be made to ensure that Exhibitors can unload as near as possible to their display positions. We will try to provide trolleys for your use.

                        Pilots drive directly on to the flying field after reception for badges.

  INSURANCE   a)         The organisers are arranging the statutory Public Liability requirements;

b)         It is understood that Clubs and individuals have covered their particular requirements including                 boiler Certification;

            c)         If you would like your models covered for damage and theft while away    from their normal place             of storage, please give me an estimate of value — as little as possible please’
